BAS is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable software for its digital truck, machine, and parts marketplace. The role owns complex technical challenges, makes architectural decisions, collaborates with product and business stakeholders, mentors junior and mid-level engineers, leads complex incidents, and improves software quality, security, observability, and CI/CD. The position requires extensive software engineering experience, preferably with PHP, Laravel, AWS, APIs, distributed systems, databases, and cloud-native practices, and requires working at least four days per week from the office in Veghel.
