Belay Technologies is hiring a Software Engineer (Sustainment) for its intelligence team to lead a small development team supporting the sustainment and continuous enhancement of a mission-critical Enterprise Support Services application. The role involves translating customer needs into technical requirements, building responsive web interfaces, developing scalable Python and JavaScript applications, integrating REST APIs, maintaining databases, upgrading and troubleshooting applications, deploying Dockerized applications to Linux servers, and contributing to Agile, Git/GitLab, and CI/CD workflows. Candidates need a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 16 years of software development experience, and extensive full-stack development experience. The salary range is $190,000 to $240,000.
