Belay Technologies is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its intelligence team to build and integrate AI-assisted IDE capabilities, agent-based systems for developer tasks, and autonomous or semi-autonomous development tools. The role involves integrating tools into development platforms and pipelines, gathering customer and teammate feedback, and measuring tooling effectiveness. Candidates need TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, modern programming skills, and experience with developer tools, AI- or LLM-powered tools, and software development workflows. The position offers a salary range of $190,000 to $240,000 plus benefits.
