Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer within the JVM ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an Agile environment.
Excellent understanding of programming languages and frameworks, along with strong knowledge of underlying abstraction layers.
Ability to translate business problems into technical strategies, including push/pull models, batch processing, and synchronous/asynchronous communication. Strong ability to define and implement high-level designs.
Minimal need for direction, capable of autonomous work and effective collaboration with cross-functional SDEs.
Exemplary behavior in all aspects of work, setting standards for design, delivery, code quality, and processes.
