Bryq is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and assessment-delivery infrastructure for its talent intelligence products. The role owns significant technical areas, contributes to architecture and engineering quality, mentors mid-level and junior engineers, collaborates with product and data science teams, and participates in on-call and incident response. Candidates need at least five years of professional software engineering experience, including two years in a senior or lead capacity, along with backend programming, distributed systems, API, database, and cloud experience.
