The role involves delivering complex end-to-end backend solutions, leading large-scale refactors and system upgrades, expanding architectural and systems thinking, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates should have core backend engineering experience, database design and performance optimization expertise, AWS production experience, and knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
