The role is responsible for creating and operating a scalable voice platform in AWS, integrating third-party AI tools, maintaining infrastructure, automating deployments and scaling, improving security, and collaborating on best practices for services at scale. Candidates should have knowledge of programming languages, AWS, Linux, network protocols, DevOps tools, and continuous deployment; VoIP experience is advantageous.
