Collaboration.Ai is hiring a full-stack software engineer to own end-to-end vertical slices across its NetworkOS stack, from PostgreSQL schemas and Kotlin/Spring Boot microservices through GraphQL, REST, Next.js, and React interfaces. The role includes API and service reliability, database design and migrations, testing, CI/CD, observability, resilient distributed systems, and mentoring engineers, with AI-native development and agentic coding tools integrated into daily work. The position requires at least five years of professional software engineering experience, Kotlin and Spring Boot proficiency, TypeScript and React skills, PostgreSQL experience, and US citizenship for DoD contracting environments.
