Collective is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end product features for its member platform, delivering frontend and backend experiences while integrating AI-powered development tools and agent-based workflows. The role requires at least five years of production software experience, strong full-stack engineering skills, experience with AI developer tools, and the ability to make product and system-design tradeoffs. It is a hybrid position based in San Francisco with in-office and remote flexibility.
