Constantinople is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead technical work on its AI-native banking platform. The role owns complex software features from architecture through production, drives architectural improvements, collaborates with product, design, and data teams, improves internal tooling, supports platform reliability and security, and mentors engineers. Candidates need at least five years of professional software engineering experience, production ownership, scalable systems architecture knowledge, and hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript; React or React Native, serverless AWS architectures, and domain-driven or event-driven architectures are advantageous.
