Description
The Design Engineering department is seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Software Engineer IV to design, develop, test, and maintain software systems and applications for power system applications. The role involves system architecture, coding, debugging, technical analysis, testing, reporting, equipment troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least 10 years of software engineering or development experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, experience with engineering specifications and technical reports, and familiarity with simulation software such as MATLAB/Simulink and potentially C++ or Python. U.S. citizenship is required and visa sponsorship is not available.
