Doctolib is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Customer Care Contact team in the Business Performance domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, shipping, and operating production-grade agentic systems for Doctolib Assistant, an AI personal assistant aimed at assisting healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include building and improving AI agents and orchestration systems, partnering with data scientists for evaluation pipelines and security, developing and maintaining core agentic capabilities, owning performance and security aspects, ensuring privacy and security by design, particularly regarding medical data, and contributing to full-stack development for healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in AI/ML systems, proficient in Python, and familiarity with the entire AI product lifecycle.
