Description
Elekta is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Enterprise Shared Component team to design and develop containerised cloud and on-premises services, APIs, microservices, distributed event-driven systems, and full-stack healthcare solutions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, at least five years of software engineering experience, and expertise in .NET, C#, REST and gRPC APIs, PostgreSQL, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. The position is based at Elekta’s Crawley headquarters, requiring four days per week onsite and one day working from home.
