Description
Enova is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Platform Engineering team to own the development of systems and applications, build AI-powered enterprise tooling, and support engineers through mentorship and knowledge sharing. The role requires full-stack development experience, AI tooling experience, object-oriented programming, API integration, project management, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
