EquipmentShare is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain a scalable data and AI platform supporting automation and self-service for data scientists, analytics engineers, and analysts. The role involves collaborating with product, design, engineering, data, and analyst teams; shaping technical direction; mentoring engineers; and contributing to observability, CI/CD, cloud, event-driven processing, and production-grade service architecture. The position is fully remote from the corporate headquarters in Columbia, Missouri, and requires 7+ years of relevant development experience, including 5+ years leading scalable service and API design.
