Fleet Space is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and evolve the cloud, data, and backend architecture for its ExoSphere mineral exploration platform. The role focuses on AWS infrastructure, large scientific and geospatial datasets, databases, APIs, authentication, data processing pipelines, deployment, observability, security, reliability, and cost efficiency. It also provides architectural guidance for software initiatives across the wider organisation, including build-versus-buy and integration decisions. The position is permanent and hybrid, available in Toronto or Adelaide, and requires around seven or more years of software engineering experience.
