The role leads complex cross-functional initiatives, designs AI-native APIs and agent-first workflows for accounting and finance, mentors engineers, and contributes to hiring and team culture. Candidates need 5+ years of professional software development experience and proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java/Go, Node, MongoDB, AWS, React/Redux, Springboot, or equivalent technologies. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of $144,000–$216,000 plus benefits.
