Freddie Mac is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to support digital modernization and transformation for its Multifamily Line of Business. The role combines full-stack development with coaching and transformation of technical teams, including mentoring, adoption of modern software engineering practices, architecture contributions, and collaboration with business and engineering stakeholders. Candidates need 5–7 years of engineering experience, 4+ years leading modernized enterprise development teams, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience, and proficiency with React, JavaScript, Python, Java, Angular, AWS, and related tools and databases. The position is full time, exempt, and offers an annualized market-based salary range of $129,000 to $193,000.
