Gordon Food Service is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to develop and maintain software applications, design conversational and agentic AI solutions, integrate AI-assisted engineering workflows, and provide technical leadership. The role includes software design, testing, code reviews, system maintenance, requirement analysis, mentoring, and on-call support. It requires five or more years of related software development experience, strong Kotlin or Java and Spring Boot proficiency, and knowledge of REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing. The position follows a Monday-through-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule with an on-call requirement and a hybrid work arrangement.
