Description
Gloat is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its core engineering team to design, build, and scale high-performance backend services and distributed systems supporting its enterprise Agentic AI platform. The role owns end-to-end feature delivery, including system design, API definition, deployment, monitoring, optimization, production troubleshooting, architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need 7+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience, proficiency in modern backend languages, experience with AI agent frameworks or LLM applications, microservices, APIs, Kafka, databases, cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
