Google is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Storage AI/ML Solutions team to design and implement advanced storage solutions for AI/ML workloads on Google Cloud Platform. The role involves developing production-ready code, participating in design reviews, reviewing other developers’ code, contributing documentation, triaging issues, debugging, and resolving performance problems. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of software development experience, three years of software product experience, and one year of software design and architecture experience; experience with data structures, algorithms, technical leadership, file systems, Linux kernel internals, AI/ML workloads, and cloud platforms is preferred.
