Gradial is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of AI-native systems that convert natural language into intelligent, multi-step workflows and scale LLM agents for real-time inference, dynamic prompting, and tool orchestration. The role owns technical direction across backend and frontend systems, system learning from customer and usage data, testing, deployment, observability, and engineering mentorship. Candidates should have at least five years of professional experience, expertise in algorithms, distributed systems, and software design, and a background in a technical domain; familiarity with AI/ML tooling, LLMs, and TypeScript is preferred. The position offers $130,000–$220,000 annually plus equity, bonus, benefits, and a Seattle office.
