Graphcore is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Collectives Simulator team to design and develop a large-scale simulator for AI hardware, helping engineers analyze network parameters and develop high-bandwidth, low-latency communication algorithms. The role leads development across design, implementation, testing, and documentation; collaborates with other engineering teams; troubleshoots complex issues; integrates new hardware; and mentors junior engineers. It requires extensive C++ software development experience, strong Python and C skills, concurrent application development, debugging, unit testing, and build-system proficiency. The role is based in Poland, offers a salary of PLN 260,000–352,000, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
