H2O.ai is hiring a Software Engineer to build and ship a Kubernetes-based cloud platform that manages AI engines and compute environments. The role covers Kubernetes operators, gRPC and REST APIs, microservices, Helm deployments, debugging, testing, and production-ready software, with mentorship from a Senior Engineer. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of software development experience, strong Go and Python skills, and hands-on Kubernetes, Protobuf, gRPC, and distributed-systems experience. The position is based in Sri Lanka and is marked hybrid.
