HRBench is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own and lead full-stack projects from design through production deployment, build scalable and maintainable systems, improve development processes, collaborate with product teams, manage complex client data, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience, strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases, and familiarity with technologies such as Next.js, Snowflake, TailwindCSS, and serverless architectures.
