ICP is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI, automation, and integration solutions for client MarTech ecosystems and delivery practice workflows. The role involves analyzing processes and platform capabilities, developing scalable solution designs and functional specifications, overseeing implementation and maintenance of deployed automations, and leading cross-functional projects while mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, at least seven years of automation engineering, system integration, robotics, control-system design and analysis experience, and at least three years in an architectural capacity.
