impact.com is hiring a senior Java Engineer for its Tracking team to build and evolve Java services, APIs, data workflows, and internal integrations supporting high-volume tracking and commerce operations. The role owns features from concept to production, handles production issues, improves deployment and observability, and contributes through hands-on delivery, technical leadership, or architectural ownership. Candidates should have production Java and Spring experience, Linux and relational-database skills, cloud and serverless experience, asynchronous or event-driven systems knowledge, and distributed-systems familiarity. The position offers a hybrid model with at least two in-office days per week and a salary of $140,000–$200,000 per year plus a variable bonus and potential RSU grant.
