JetBrains is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and lead product features for AppGlass, an AI-first debugging tool for production systems. The role focuses on enterprise JVM tooling, program analysis, AI agents, Kubernetes and cloud integrations, reliability, testing, performance, and security. Candidates should have extensive Java, Kotlin, and JVM experience, enterprise backend or developer-tooling experience, and comfort with Kubernetes and cloud environments; experience with debugging, instrumentation, observability, .NET, or Python is preferred. The position offers flexible work from home or the office, remote work abroad for up to 30 days per year, and medical insurance allowance.
