Rohlik is hiring a senior software engineer for its group technology team, reporting to an Engineering Manager and owning a cell’s North Star metric. The role involves designing, building, deploying, and monitoring production features; participating in architecture and technical guild initiatives; mentoring engineers; and paying down technical debt. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development, a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, and strong expertise in system design, data modeling, and application architecture. The role is an individual-contributor position with technical leadership through influence rather than people management.
