Kodiak Robotics is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and improve behavior planning and motion planning systems for autonomous driving. The role owns planning features end to end, including design, implementation, validation, deployment, analysis, debugging, and production-quality C++ development, while collaborating across prediction, controls, perception, machine learning, simulation, systems, and safety teams. The position is based in Mountain View, California, with a base salary of $185,000–$245,000 USD and additional equity, bonuses, and benefits.
