Kodiak Robotics is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Planning team to build infrastructure, tools, libraries, workflows, metrics, and evaluation systems that accelerate the development, debugging, testing, and deployment of autonomy software. The role focuses on improving software quality, performance, observability, safety-case tooling, and developer productivity while partnering with Planning engineers and leading infrastructure projects. Candidates should have at least five years of C++ experience with performance optimization and large-scale software systems, along with experience in tools, testing, simulation, or data-driven evaluation.
