Description
Leap is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build AI and automation systems supporting clinical and business operations. The role owns large areas across product, data, infrastructure, and automation, including LLM agents, care orchestration, shared services, identity and authentication, HIPAA-compliant data architecture, CRM and healthcare-system integrations, and PHI-safe agent pipelines. Candidates need at least five years of production AI experience, TypeScript full-stack capability, a record of shipping high-quality software, and experience building from zero to one at an early-stage startup.
