Life.Church is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Digital Product team to design, build, and maintain scalable software supporting campus and ministry systems, including Rock RMS, the Church Online Platform, and the Life.Church app and website. The role owns technical design and tradeoffs, reviews and tests code, partners with engineers, mentors junior and mid-level engineers, troubleshoots complex issues, and improves team practices. Candidates should have strong software engineering experience, at least three years of related work experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; experience in backend, mobile, or web technologies is required.
