Description
The Gen AI Lead will design, build, and scale agentic AI applications through hands-on Python development, agent orchestration, RAG and vector-search architecture, evaluation, optimization, and production deployment. The role also guides a small engineering team, reviews code and designs, and partners with client stakeholders on technical solutions. It requires 8–12 years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years building LLM-powered or agentic AI applications, along with strong Python, LLM APIs, vector databases, RAG, LLMOps, and cloud deployment experience.
