The NOC Engineer will monitor, troubleshoot, and support network infrastructure, cloud resources, and applications in a 24×7 rotational operations environment. Responsibilities include investigating alerts, managing incident tickets, performing diagnostics, documenting work, supporting maintenance, and following SLA and ITIL processes. The role requires networking knowledge, familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools, basic Windows and Linux knowledge, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 0–5 years of experience in NOC, network support, IT infrastructure support, or a related role is specified, with freshers encouraged to apply.
