Magical is hiring a Senior Engineer to build and own backend and full-stack systems for AI agents and healthcare automation workflows. The role involves setting technical direction, creating features for workflow creation, testing, editing, and production reporting, improving runtime reliability through queues, state management, error handling, and observability, and owning critical services from architecture through deployment and monitoring. The position is hybrid and based in the Toronto office.
