Mastercard Services is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build full-stack, data-intensive, analytics-driven applications for business experimentation and decision-making. The role leads team-level system design, develops and optimizes applications using Databricks, Spark, and related technologies, builds AI-powered products and agentic workflows with large language models, resolves performance bottlenecks, and mentors junior and midlevel engineers. The position requires substantial software engineering experience, distributed systems and cloud-native development expertise, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
