Description
The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain core components of Mastercard’s Developer Workbench platform, a unified developer experience combining BuildersHub, DevFlow, TestFlow, DevInsights, Cloud DevEx, and tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Docker Desktop. The role covers technical direction, tool integration, developer enablement, pre-provisioned onboarding environments, AI-augmented development capabilities, platform metrics, and security and compliance. Candidates should have enterprise-scale developer platform or internal tooling experience, familiarity with modern developer tooling and cloud platforms, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
