Description
The Senior Software Engineer will analyze, design, develop, test, and deliver software solutions for MasterCard applications and customizations, including system development, maintenance, production incident management, release planning, and technology evaluation. The role leads and mentors team members, coordinates offshore development, participates in proof-of-concept and vendor evaluations, and ensures quality, security, and compliance throughout the software development life cycle. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, along with 3 to 5 years of Java and Spring Framework development experience; financial-services experience is preferred.
