MediaRadar is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to independently own complex, ambiguous problems across its competitive advertising intelligence platform. The role focuses on building and scaling agentic, AI-driven insights, architecting cloud-native systems on AWS or Azure, and supporting global expansion into European markets. Responsibilities include end-to-end system ownership, AI workflow development, cloud architecture, mentoring junior engineers, and improving testing, observability, code quality, and documentation. The position is based in Madrid with regular in-person collaboration at a local WeWork alongside the Madrid tech team.
