Microsoft is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build and operate an agentic bidding platform for real-time ad auctions across Microsoft marketplaces. The role involves defining AI-driven bidding requirements, architecting and implementing large-scale bidding systems, building data validation and experimentation frameworks, managing incident readiness and high availability, and mentoring engineers.
