Microsoft Turing is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve production systems powering AI experiences at enterprise scale, including Microsoft 365 Copilot. The role focuses on AI-native delivery, secure and well-tested code, architecture ownership, test strategy, security and compliance, release planning, and live-site reliability. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field plus at least four years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience; the typical Canadian base pay range is CAD 114,400 to CAD 203,900 per year.
