Description
Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineering IC4 for its Ads SDKs team to design, develop, and deliver complex software components and features while improving performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and developer experience. The role owns end-to-end technical problems, builds CI/CD and automation, applies AI-powered tools, collaborates with architects and product teams, and uses telemetry and experimentation to validate system health and customer impact. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least four years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 119,800–234,700 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
