Microsoft is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, operate, and evolve AI-driven, end-to-end autonomous support workflows for its Support Experience organization. The role owns features from prototype through production, including agentic workflows, run-state reliability, observability, security, privacy, compliance, and customer trust. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least four years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 119,800–234,700 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
