Description
Microsoft is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its AI Validation team to validate on-device AI models and experiences across Windows platforms and diverse silicon architectures. The role leads model bring-up, accuracy, performance, power, scalability, and reliability validation; develops automation and benchmarking infrastructure; analyzes telemetry and diagnostic data; resolves cross-hardware issues; and mentors engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field, at least 8 years of systems, platform, validation, AI/ML infrastructure, performance engineering, or related experience, strong C++, C#, or Python skills, and experience with AI/ML validation, hardware acceleration, and silicon or platform engineering collaboration.
