Description
Microsoft Digital is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build and operate next-generation agentic AI systems. The role focuses on designing and deploying AI-powered product features, backend services and APIs, agentic workflows, observability, reliability, security, and evaluation systems. The engineer will use modern AI-assisted development practices, own medium-to-large features end to end, mentor teammates, and apply responsible AI and security-by-design principles. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, at least four years of technical engineering experience, and hands-on experience building and operating LLM-powered agentic systems in production.
