Microsoft Security’s Secure Production Access team is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to modernize secure access experiences, scale internal products, and maintain reliability for services used by thousands of engineers. The role owns complex technical areas end to end, collaborates with cross-functional teams, leads design and release activities, and acts as a Designated Responsible Individual for monitoring and incident response. It is based in Redmond, Washington, requires working from the office at least three days per week, and requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field plus four or more years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
