Description
Microsoft is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and build scalable AKS/Kubernetes infrastructure for GPU and AI accelerator platforms. The role focuses on cluster lifecycle, node and resource management, deployment, availability, observability, automation, and reliability across distributed accelerator infrastructure. The engineer will work with control-plane, systems software, hardware, and platform teams, diagnose complex infrastructure issues, and contribute to architecture, code quality, and mentoring. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of industry experience, strong software development skills, distributed systems and cloud infrastructure experience, and hands-on Kubernetes and cloud-native technology experience.
