Description
Microsoft is hiring a Foundry Engineering Manager to lead technical design, architecture, and solutioning for complex Microsoft Foundry experiences and platform capabilities. The role covers full-stack systems, backend services, platform infrastructure, AI enablement workflows, reliability, security, and long-term platform evolution, while influencing engineering direction, guiding technical tradeoffs, and mentoring senior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, at least 10 years of software engineering experience, and experience with large-scale distributed systems, full-stack or platform development, AI/ML technologies, and cross-team technical alignment.
