Midpage is hiring a senior software engineer to build and improve the backend systems powering its largest case-law dataset. The role focuses on metadata-augmentation pipelines, web-scraping reliability, citation and court-resolution utilities, API and MCP services, and benchmarking. Candidates should be backend technical generalists comfortable with data pipelines and basic to intermediate infrastructure or DevOps, with Python and SQL as core technologies. The position is in-person in SoHo, New York City, with visa sponsorship available and relocation unavailable.
